Go Live Now Policies & Guidelines

By entering Go Live Now Studios, you agree to the following:

Be respectful of Go Live Now Studios guests and staff. Racism, sexism, homophobia, or any other form of discrimination or bullying will not be tolerated at our space. Anyone not abiding by this will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

Be courteous during Open Houses/Happy Hours (shared sessions). There are different sets to interact with and photograph, so please move around experience them during your stay. You are welcome to revisit your favorites, but please allow other guests the opportunity to experience them as well.

Please be mindful of our space - including surfaces, furniture, props, etc. While accidents happen and sometimes things break, if property destruction of any kind occurs because of flagrant misuse, the credit card used to book your shoot will be billed for the broken items/damage.

During shared sessions, you may take pictures/video with the handheld camera of your choosing as long as it does not interrupt the experience of other guests. 

No Off Camera Flash is permitted during shared sessions - this includes assistants holding lights or modifiers. To use OCF, please book a private rental.

Light stands, c-stands, cables, cords, etc are not permitted during shared sessions. Small-based tripods are permitted. If you do not own one, they are available for use by Go Live Now Studios

We have various props on hand for you to use and enjoy. You are welcome to bring your own as well, but please limit props to a carry-on sized bag during shared sessions.  Props must not be fragile or easily make a mess in the studio. Go Live Now reserves the right to deny the use of any outside props if they do not fit within Go Live now guidelines.

No food or beverages are permitted during shared sessions - this include food and drinks to be used as props.
